Shipping & Returns
At PuddleDuck Boutique, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Please read the information below before placing your order.
processing your order
•Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
•Handmade or made-to-order items take a little extra time, as they are made especially for you. Dispatch times will always be clearly stated on the product description.
delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
•Standard UK delivery: 2–3 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by busy periods or postal delays that are outside our control.
returns & exchanges
To be eligible for a return:
•Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
•Items should be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Please let us know within 14 days of delivery if you’d like to return an item, and send it back within 14 days of contacting us.
We’re happy to offer exchanges where possible, subject to availability. Just email us at-puddleduck.boutique@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
items that cannot be returned
Because many of our items are handmade especially for you, the following cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
•Made-to-order, personalised items or sale items.
•Custom gift hampers, or hampers that have been opened.
damaged or faulty goods
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
•Your order number
•Clear photos of the issue
Where an item is confirmed faulty, we will cover return postage costs.
